Office Philosophy
Our goal is to provide comprehensive treatment for the entire family, from toddlers to seniors. We strive to provide the highest quality of dentistry in a timely manner within a gentle and comfortable setting.
Comprehensive examinations are provided before treatment begins. Our patients are provided with treatment options, including risks, benefits, cost, time and alternatives. The patient then decides on the treatment that she/he feels appropriate.
Office Policy
Your care and treatment is our main priority. Once you have made an appointment this time is reserved for you; therefore at least 48 hours notice must be given if cancellation is absolutely necessary.
All professional services are charged directly to the patient who is personally responsible for payment of their account. We will prepare any necessary forms or reports to help with collection of your benefits from appropriate insurance companies. Treatment details are electronically submitted to the patients insurance company and the patient is reimbursed directly by the insurance company. Any treatment to be completed can be electronically predetermined to assess the amount of coverage.
Treatment is paid for upon completion. In certain circumstances, arrangements for payment may be made by consultation with the doctor prior to treatment starting. Our office follows the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash, and cheque.
